Winding Hill North & South is one of the clearest officially labeled inclusive playground destinations in the Harrisburg / Capital Region. Upper Allen Township specifically notes an all-inclusive playground at the park, with nearby restrooms, picnic tables, pavilions, walking trails, and a sensory garden that can make visits more flexible for mixed-needs families. This works well for families who want a bigger outing with room to play, regulate, walk, and spread out. Because the township page groups the larger park complex together, some accessibility specifics should still be confirmed on arrival.
