Corrections Policy
How Inclusive Play Atlas receives, checks, publishes, and documents corrections to playground and access information.

Inclusive Play Atlas is an independent planning resource. Its profiles and guides are not on-site ADA inspections, professional accessibility certifications, or substitutes for confirming a critical need with the park operator.
What To Send
Email hello@inclusiveplayatlas.com with the page URL, playground name and city, the exact detail that is wrong or missing, when you observed it, and any public link or photo that supports the update. Please do not send private medical information about a child or another visitor.
What We Prioritize
Priority corrections include a playground that is not open, a wrong location, a broken or removed access feature, an interrupted route, displaced or damaged surfacing, unavailable restrooms, changed parking, missing fencing, and conditions that could make a special trip unsuccessful.
How A Correction Is Checked
We compare the report with current operator information and other available evidence. A firsthand report may be published as a dated observation when an official page has not caught up, with the difference clearly identified. If evidence conflicts, the profile may carry an uncertainty note or be held for recheck rather than choosing the more favorable version.
What Changes On The Page
A confirmed correction can update the affected fields, revise the planning summary, add a change-history entry, change verification status, or remove the page from search indexing while the issue remains unresolved. Minor spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a separate history note.
Response Expectations
Every useful report is appreciated, but Inclusive Play Atlas does not promise a fixed response or publication time. Complex access claims may require follow-up with a park operator. Advertising status does not change the order or outcome of a correction review.
