Richland Avenue Park is one of the strongest inclusive playground fits in this region because the City of Athens publishes specific accessibility details instead of a vague claim. The park has two accessible playgrounds, with one designed for ages 5-12 and another for ages 2-5, plus an accessible seesaw intended for everyone. Families can expect accessible pour-in-place surfacing in the older-kids area and accessible turf surfacing in the younger area, along with swings, slides, climbing elements, and musical features. Seasonal restrooms add useful planning support for longer visits.
