El Vista Park is one of the few Port Arthur park listings that explicitly identifies itself as ADA accessible on the city's official facilities page. The published feature list is simple, but it confirms a playground and basketball court at a neighborhood-scale park. This is a useful option for families prioritizing an officially designated accessible public playground stop in Port Arthur, even though the city page does not publish detailed inclusive equipment specs.
