Carnes Park in Camden is one of the strongest documented inclusive playgrounds in South Arkansas. Local reporting confirms ramps, features for children with mobility needs, autism-spectrum considerations, and age-zoned sections for 0-2, 2-5, and 5+; the playground vendor additionally documents an accessible structure, inclusive spinner, quiet Serenity Spot, and turf surfacing. This is a practical choice for families seeking a purpose-built all-abilities outing rather than a standard city-park playground. It also stands out as a destination that families reportedly travel to from across South Arkansas.
