AMBUCS Park is one of the strongest clearly documented accessible playgrounds in the Champaign–Urbana area. The Urbana Park District states that the playground includes numerous elevated ramps and outdoor musical instruments placed along an accessible path encircling the play areas. Large trees, picnic shelters, restrooms, parking, and adjacent ball fields help it work well for longer family meetups and for siblings with different interests.
